Overview
If you look at the Charizard card closely, you will see Leon standing behind Charizard. This indicates that this Charizard belongs to Leon although its name is not Leon's Charizard. But, its attack, Royal Blaze has something to do with Leon.
This attack has 100 base damage and does extra 50 damage for each Leon card in your discard pile. Since you can put up to 4 Leon in your deck, Royal Blaze max damage will be 300 which is very awesome for Single Prize Pokemon. On top of that if your play your last Leon before you use Royal Blaze, Charizard damage will become 330 which is strong enough to OHKO most of the VMAX Pokemon. And you only need 2 Fire Energy to use this attack.
You can use Charizard Ability, Battle Sense to discard Leon from your top of your deck. The Ability let your look at the top 3 cards from your cards and then put 1 card into your hand and discard other 2 card. As you setup more Charizard throughout the game, you will be able to use Battle Sense Ability more than one time and your chances of discarding Leon from your deck will be increased.
Discarding Leon
Both Oranguru Ability, Primate Wisdom and Altaraia Ability, Tempting Tune let you put Leon on top of the deck in different way. If Leon is in your hand, you can use Primate Wisdom to swap it with the top card of your deck. On the other hand, if Leon is somewhere in your deck, you can use Tempting Tune to put it on top of your deck. Then, you can use Battle Sense Ability to discard Leon from top of your deck.
Also, Professor's Burnet let your discard 2 cards from your deck and you can choose 2 Leon to discard. With the combination of previous Pokemon Abilities and Professor's Burnet, you will be able to easily 3 Leon from your deck to increase Royal Blaze damage by 150 in 1 turn.
